一、《特别策划》，根据民间文艺中的重大事件、重点人物、热点问题进行深度解读和探析。
二、《记住乡愁》，探访湖南地域内古民居、古村镇和传统老手艺的遗存，解读“三古一老”的文化元素，展示“三古一老”的历史文化背景和变迁，重点开展我省国家级省级非遗挖掘、保护、开发等情况的报道。
三、《跨海观景》，立足“洋为中用”，通过对海外旅游著名目的地的“零距离”接触，探求其走向成功的奥秘。借鉴其开发理念和经验，结合湖南地域特色，思考湖南旅游资源变为湖南文化财富的途径，促进湖南民间文化资源、民间文化产业与旅游产业的深度融合。
四、《楚风论坛》，纵览文化动态，引进前沿理论；专家领导发声，记者述评剖析；客观评估湖南民间文艺产业现状，思考民间湖南文化产业做大做强途径。
五、《地理文化》，展示各市州、县（市、区）具有鲜明特征的地方文化，相对集中地展示各市州、县（市、区）特点鲜明的民间文艺活动。
六、《艺术殿堂》，集中刊登现代著名艺术家的诗词、书画和上乘的刺绣艺术品。
七、《工美湘军》，展示湖南工艺美术家创作的最新成果、湖南工艺美术业发展的最新动态，探讨湖南工艺美术发展的途径。
八、《民间文艺》，刊发具有现实意义的民间传说、故事、童谣、戏曲、灯谜、剪纸作品。
九、《大手笔》，重点采访各行业的突出代表性人物，作出本领域的突出贡献者。
十、《手工达人》，展示当代民间技艺家在材料、技法、形式上的创新之作。
十一、《乡村发现》，对新发现的民间文化形态进行展示，对新发现的民俗文化元素进行解读，对湖南地域中民间文化遗存的内涵、沿革进行报道。
十二、《文学天地》，刊发当代文学家偏重于弘扬中华优秀传统文化内容的新作。
我们希望新出版的楚风能成为省文联领导下的一本综合性民间文艺期刊。是广大会员及民间文艺爱好者的一个阵地，是省、市文联联系民间文艺工作者的纽带，是各级领导了解民间文艺动态的一个渠道。
《特别策划》、《跨海观景》、《楚风论坛》、《工美湘军》一般不超过3000字，《文学天地》视情而定，其余栏目一般不超过1500字，诗歌不超过20行。所有文字稿件均通过电子文档投寄。
书画作品、绣品和摄影作品，除寄送原件外，还请投寄电子版本，图片像素800万以上。期待您的赐稿！
