今天，在中国“花炮之源”的浏阳大瑶镇李畋庙前，各文艺界代表，奠酒焚香，怀着虔诚感恩之心，以古典礼仪祭拜花炮始祖李畋。李畋是浏阳花炮的一个图腾，每年农历四月十八日，浏阳大瑶镇都要举行大型祭祀活动。在祭祀现场，鼓乐齐鸣、雅乐合奏，公祭人按民风民俗敬献三牲、五谷等贡品，向“花炮始祖”表达虔诚敬意。
