为弘扬我国民间文化艺术，挖掘优秀民间艺术文化资源，展示民间艺术精品，鼓励多出精品，多出人才，促进中国民间文艺事业的繁荣，中国文学艺术界联合会和中国民间文艺家协会定于2013年8月9日至13日在吉林省长春市国际会展中心举办“第十一届中国民间文艺山花奖·民间工艺美术作品奖”评奖活动。
中国民间文艺山花奖是经中宣部批准，由中国文联、中国民协共同主办的国家级民间文艺大奖，在民间文艺界和全社会具有广泛的影响力。本次评奖，鼓励广大艺术家创作出更多、更好的符合时代发展需要的民间工艺精品。
现将有关活动内容通知如下：
一、参评山花奖要求
1、参加在长春举办的“第八届中国（长春）民间艺术博览会”可参评山花奖（博览会参展事宜请与长春联系，联系方式见下文）；
2、参评作品需经各省、自治区、直辖市民间文艺家协会或中国民协专业委员会推荐；
3、每位参评者仅限一件作品参评，并提交参评登记表；
4、每位参评者同时可携带本人其他作品参加在长春举办的“第八届中国（长春）民间艺术博览会”展览展销。

长春国际会展中心
四、其他注意事项
1、8月8日为布展时间，请参评者按时携参评作品报到；
2、各省、自治区、直辖市民间文艺家协会按规定组织本省艺术家参加评选活动。参评人员往返交通、食宿费用自理，由博览会筹备组负责帮助联系食宿；
3、博览会结束后，艺术家自行将参评作品带回；
4、请参加山花奖评比的单位或个人于2013年7月23日之前将山花奖评奖登记表附作品照片寄送至北京朝阳区北沙滩1号院32号楼B座11层中国民协组联部。
