本报4月24日讯（记者 文热心）“本土文化是地方经济社会发展的基础，也是扩大和深化地方对外开放的名片，”这是4月23日召开的津市“本土文化暨王泸作品研讨会”上，与会专家的共识。
津市历史上有着“九澧重镇”、“湘北明珠”的美称。因为特殊的地理位置，先民在这里创造了深厚的历史文化，丰富的移民文化，活跃的商业文化，多彩的民间文化。津市的有识之士通过艰苦努力，取得了丰硕的成果，68岁的文化工作者王泸是突出的代表。他把零散的、朦胧的、感性的史料和资料，进行搜集、整理、考证、归纳、研究，将其升华为系统的、明晰的、理性的文化结晶，所撰写的《兰津风韵——津市历史文化漫谈》、《嘉山傩韵——津市孟姜女漫谈》、《荆河戏艺术探源》、《王泸话津市》4部著作，引起了强烈反响，成为外界认识津市的名片。其中，《兰津风韵》被列为当地干部必读书目，《荆河戏艺术探源》被专家称为“填补地方戏剧史空白之作”。正是因为有一批王泸这样的本土“文化志士”，使得津市这个总面积550平方公里、人口25万的城市，取得了一张国家级文化名片——“孟姜女文化”成功列入国家非物质文化遗产名录，一张省级文化名片——“车胤（囊萤夜读）文化”成功列入湖南省非物质文化遗产名录，还有小吃、宗教文化也在“申遗”之中。这些本土文化为地方经济社会发展，起到了独特的推动作用，也获得了当地党委、政府的高度重视。
省文联副主席、省民间文艺家协会主席曾应明认为，津市的本土文化研究成果，为文化产业化奠定了坚实的基础，也为推动一方文化大发展、大繁荣创造了条件。
