各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团民协：
为深入挖掘我国各民族舞龙文化资源，展示龙舞表演的绰约风姿，由中国文学艺术界联合会、中国民间文艺家协会、广西文联、南宁市人民政府联合主办的“全国舞龙展演暨第十一届中国民间文艺山花奖舞龙评奖活动”拟于2013年6月27日—29日在南宁市清秀区举行。
现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、 活动主要内容：
1、 全国舞龙展演暨第十一届中国民间文艺山花奖
舞龙评奖活动开幕式及踩街表演；
2、 全国舞龙展演及第十一届中国民间文艺山花奖
舞龙评奖活动；
二、参赛要求：
1、每省推荐一支队伍参加山花奖评比；
2、请各省推荐本地区、本民族有代表性的队伍参赛。
各队伍总人数不超过35人（其中领队2人，编导1人，上
场演员不少于32人）；
3、参赛人员的服装、服饰和道具整体协调统一，内容
健康向上；
4、表演时间不得超过6分钟。
三、参赛程序：
1、初评阶段：初评由大赛组委会组织，各报名参赛队伍将节目光盘、文字介绍和照片资料寄至中国民协组联部，经大赛组委会组织专家选拔15-16支队伍参加现场表演和山花奖评比；
2、现场比赛阶段：由中国文联、中国民协按照现场抽签次序进行比赛。
四、参赛费用：
本次评奖活动与以往相同，全部费用由大赛组委会承担，费用包括演职人员的往返交通费（火车硬卧）、道具托运费、劳务补贴（每人每天50元﹙含在途﹚）。
五、报名要求：
请于5月5日前将推荐节目的光盘、照片、文字资料及经费预算寄至中国民协组联部，组委会将进行参赛资格筛选和经费核实。获参赛资格的队伍，组委会将及时发出邀请。
请各省民协积极组织参赛队伍,并在规定时间内报送材料。
